How do I apply to adopt a puppy?
Browse our available puppies, click the one you love, and submit the adoption application form. We review every application personally, usually within 24–48 hours.
What information do you ask for in the application?
Basic details about your home, lifestyle, and prior pet experience. Nothing invasive, just enough to make sure each puppy goes to a home that suits them.
Can I reserve a puppy before being approved?
Yes. A refundable deposit secures the puppy while we review your application. If you are not approved, the deposit is refunded in full.
How long does the adoption process take?
Most adoptions complete within 3–7 days from application to bringing the puppy home, faster if all paperwork is in order.
Are the puppies vaccinated and dewormed?
Yes. Every puppy receives age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a full vet check before going home. You receive the complete health record at handover.
Do you offer a health guarantee?
Yes. We cover qualifying genetic and congenital conditions for the period stated in our health guarantee. Read the full terms on our health guarantee page.
Are the puppies microchipped?
Most are. If a puppy is not yet chipped at handover, we provide written guidance and your vet can do it at the first checkup.
What food are the puppies eating?
We send each puppy home with a small supply of their current food and the brand details so you can transition gradually.
What does the adoption fee include?
Vet checks, vaccinations, deworming, the puppy starter pack, and our ongoing support. Specific inclusions are listed on each puppy page.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. If your application is not approved, or if a verified health concern arises before pickup, the deposit is refunded in full.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, bank transfer, and select digital wallets (Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay). The available options are shown at checkout.
Do you offer payment plans?
Not at this time. The deposit reserves the puppy and the balance is due before pickup or delivery.
Do you ship puppies?
Yes. We arrange ground or flight delivery with vetted carriers. Delivery fees depend on distance and method, quoted before you confirm.
Can I pick up the puppy in person?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Pickup gives you a chance to meet the team and ask any last questions face-to-face.
How are the puppies kept safe in transit?
Climate-controlled crates, hydration and bathroom breaks at scheduled stops, and a tracked itinerary you receive in advance. Carrier details are on the shipping policy page.
What if the puppy and my home are not a good fit?
Reach out within the period in our refund policy. We work with you to find the right outcome, including taking the puppy back where appropriate.
Do you offer training help after adoption?
We send a starter guide and are always reachable by email or phone. For structured training we recommend a local positive-reinforcement class.
Can I send updates and photos?
